Payroll & Payroll Taxes
Don't have time to deal with payroll? Worried about complying with all the rules and regulations surrounding payroll and payroll taxes? Let us take care of it! We will manage your payroll and submit all tax reports and payments as required by State and Federal law. We will also process and file the year-end W2 and 1099 forms for your business.

Brooke has over 19 years' experience in bookkeeping, payroll, financial reporting, and customer service. She is a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor (Elite status). Raised on a ranch east of Pawnee, she is a proud Oklahoma girl. She can help with all your QuickBooks Online, bookkeeping, and payroll needs.
Josh Lindamood
Owner
Josh has over 15 years' experience in project finance and bookkeeping. He is a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor (Elite status). He was raised in Tulsa and attended college at the University of Tulsa (go Golden Hurricane!). He loves this city and believes it has a bright future. He can help with all your QuickBooks Online, bookkeeping, and payroll needs.
John
John has 10+ years' experience in finance and accounting. He worked in the oil & gas industry, but now enjoys using his skills to help small businesses in the Tulsa area. He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University where he received a double major in Finance and Accounting. He has an MBA from the University of Tulsa, and he is a QBO ProAdvisor.
Judy
Judy has over 40 years' experience in accounting, consulting, and bookkeeping. She is a Quickbooks Online ProAdvisor and can help with all your bookkeeping needs. Judy moved to Tulsa to attend Oral Roberts University and never left. She and her husband, Mike, love this city and just welcomed their first grandchild!

Karri has been working in the financial/accounting industry since 1999. She has an MBA and a bachelor's degree in Finance. Her background includes investments, securities, bookkeeping, business ownership, and marketing. She is a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor. Her passion is helping business owners succeed!
Kailey
Kailey is our Team Admin. She and her husband, Jace, live in the Tulsa area with their children. She is experienced in customer service, including operating her own tanning business for several years. She assists in the onboarding of new clients and will work hard to ensure the needs of your business are met.
